Cultivated and processed by local farmer, Pak Trubus, this single cultivar Arabica Yellow Caturra is the pride of Magelang coffee. While Magelang Regency itself is a new emerging coffee cultivation region. As the mutation of Bourbon varietal, Yellow Caturra has a bright and balanced acidity, with subtle floral notes. The dry method used in post-harvest processing brings out the pronounced sweetness to this coffee.
